XDMA6700 OPERATION

 

 

 

 

 

 

iPod® Operation (Optional)

Connect iPod

 

Connecting an iPod requires the IPC2M cable (sold seperately).

 

(Not Included)

 

Once connected, press MODE until "IPOD" appears in the

 

 

display. The iPod will automatically begin playback. If a song

 

 

is playing on the iPod before it is connected, it will continue to

 

 

play.

Displaying Information

 

Press DISP to select between elapsed time (default), track

 

 

number, clock, title, artist and album.

 

 

“UNKNOWN ARTIST” will be displayed if the file contains no

 

 

artist tag information.

 

 

“UNKNOWN ALBUM” will be displayed if the file contains no

 

 

album tag information.

Search Functions

 

Press MENU once to enter the search mode. Turn the rotary

 

 

encoder to select between playlist, artist, album and song.

 

 

Press MENU to select the desired search type. Press RTN to

 

 

to access the previous level (up one level).

Playlist Search

 

Turn the rotary encoder to select between playlists. Press

 

 

MENU to select desired playlist. Turn the rotary encoder to

 

 

select between songs from the chosen playlist. Press

 

 

to begin playback.

Artist Name Search

 

Turn the rotary encoder to select between artists. Press MENU

 

 

to select desired artist. Turn the rotary encoder to select

 

 

between albums from the chosen artist. Press MENU to select

 

 

desired album from the chosen artist. Turn the rotary encoder

 

 

to select between songs from the chosen album. Press

 

 

to begin playback.

Album Name Search

 

Turn the rotary encoder to select between albums. Press

 

 

MENU to select desired album. Turn the rotary encoder to

 

 

select between songs from the chosen album. Press

 

 

to begin playback.

Song Name Search

 

Turn the rotary encoder to select between songs. Press

 

 

to begin playback.

Song Select

 

Press ll to skip to the beginning of the next song. Press

 

 

nn to return to the beginning of the current song. Pressing

 

 

nn again skips to the beginning of the previous song.
