1. Press MENU to display the menu item selection while this unit is in the stop mode.

2. Select “Undo” by rotating the MULTI JOG knob (pressing +/– on the remote control).

3. Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote control) to display “Undo?”.

4. Press COMPLETE.

The previous editing operation and result are canceled.

The undo function does not work if any of the following operations has been performed after the editing operation.

After the editing operation, a recording has been made, or this unit has been set in the recording pause mode to start recording.

After the editing operation, a copy has been made, or this unit has been set in the copy standby mode to start copying.

Further editing operations have been performed.

The HDD has been formatted.

The following message appears on the display if the undo function does not work.

Notes

The undo function does not apply to the addition of fade-in or fade-out to a track because it can be canceled at any time.

The undo function does not apply to assigning a title to an album, track or disc.
