Symptom	Probable Cause	Action To Take
Distorted output
	Internal crossover not set	Readjust crossovers. Refer to the
	properly for speakers	Internal Crossover Configuration
		section of this guide for detailed
		instructions.
	Speakers are blown	Check system with known work
		ing speakers and fix or replace
		as needed.
Poor bass response
	Speakers wired with wrong	Check speaker polarity and fix
	polarity causing cancellation	as needed.
	at low frequencies
	Crossover set incorrectly	Reset crossovers. Refer to the
		Internal Crossover Configuration
		section of this guide for detailed
		instructions.
	Impedance load at amplifier	Check speaker impedance load,
	is too low	if below 4W mono or 2W stereo,
		rewire speakers to achieve
		higher impedance.
Battery fuse
blowing
	Short in power wire or	Check power and ground con
	incorrect wiring	nections and replace or repair as
		needed.
	Fuse used is smaller than	Replace with proper fuse size.
	recommended
	Actual current exceeds fuse	Check speaker impedance load.
	rating	If below 4W mono or 2W stereo,
		rewire speakers to achieve

Amplifier fuse
blowing
