Error indicators and warnings

When you load an unplayable disc or fail to perform operations properly, the following messages are displayed on the unit and the TV screen.

Unit display

Meaning

IThe disc is not loaded.

IThe disc is scratched or dirty and cannot be recognised.

IThe disc is loaded up-side down.

Maintenance

HCleaning the cabinet

Periodically wipe the cabinet with a soft cloth and a diluted soap solution, then with a dry cloth.

IDo not use chemicals for cleaning (petrol, paint thinner, etc.). It may damage the cabinet finish.

IDo not apply oil to the inside of the unit. It may cause malfunctions.

		I The region number of the DVD is not the
		number on the back of the unit.
	Open	number on the back of the unit.
