Features

The compact, portable design of the SRP2002 Plug-N-Play makes it easy to use, and its convenient carrying case allows for quick transfer between multiple vehicles.

The SRP2002 consists of two main components: a Down Link Processor (DLP) and a Display Control Unit (DCU). The DLP acts as a satellite receiver/digital processor for the Sirius Satellite Radio network. The DCU is a hand held control unit that utilizes a four line, scrolling, backlit, liquid crystal display. Depending on the listening category chosen, you can display Channel Name, Artist Name, Song Title and Channel Number.

System Setup

Note: It is a good idea to read all the instructions before you begin using this system.

In addition to the DLP and DCU, the SRP2002 Plug-N-Play unit contains the following:

•Antenna with 22 ft. (5.2 m) cable

•Cassette Adaptor

•RCA-RCA Audio Cable

•3.5 mm.-RCA Audio Cable

•Four Mounting Screws and a Velcro fastener

•Carrying Case

Wireless FM modulators, available at local electronic stores, will also work with the SRP2002.

Location and Mounting

Down Link Processor (DLP)

The DLP comes with a cradle designed to lock the unit securely in place inside the vehicle. The cradle can be mounted with two screws, which are included in the Plug-N-Play case. The cradle can be mounted under a seat or in another convenient location, allowing easy access for removal and transfer of the DLP into another vehicle.

Note: It is very important to mount the cradle in a location that allows air to circulate around the Down Link Processor.

Once the cradle is mounted, insert the DLP until the locking tabs click. This ensures that the DLP will remain secure in the cradle until you wish to remove it. To remove the DLP from the cradle, press in on both locking tabs simultaneously, then pull out.

Localización y montaje

Procesador de Enlace Satélite-Tierra (DLP)
