To Ensure Safe Driving

This unit senses whether the parking brake is on or off. When installed in the FRONT, it is arranged so that video cannot be viewed while the vehicle is moving. The various settings and adjustments are also not possible while driving. (The following message will be dis- played on the screen while the vehicle is moving.)

Stop the vehicle in a safe place, apply the parking brake and wait for the message to clear before starting operation.

Note:

You cannot select wide mode while the message above is displayed on the screen. (Refer to page 12.)
