a.Ensure that the MUTE function is Off.

7.Remote control not working.
a.Check to verify that the battery is installed correctly (+ side of battery must be facing the bottom of the remote case), replace if necessary (CR2025).
b.Make sure that the remote control is pointed towards the remote sensor located at the front right of the enclosure.
