Make sure the cord is positioned so that it is not stepped on, tripped over or otherwise subjected to damage or stress.

An extension cord should not be used unless absolutely neces- sary. Use of an improper extension cord could result in fire or electric shock.

CAUTION

To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the vehicle-mount computer from the DC source before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.

Warning: Physically disconnect the 8525 G2/8530 G2 from the vehicle battery during battery charging (into AC outlet).
