Rotary encoder MODE PHONE BOOK MENU

Preset buttons (0 through 9,,)

(Retrieving an addressee by Selecting Search (A-Z search) to place a call).

1 Input the initial by pressing one of the ten keys (1 to 9) and press the MENU button or MODE button.

The list of names beginning with the designated alphabet is indicated.

2 Turn the Rotary encoder to select the addressee,

press the button to place a call.

3 Press the button to end the call.

The telephone mode will end and return to the original source mode.

Calling

Dial call

Input the telephone number using the dial.

Input the telephone number by using the ten keys (0 to

 

9, and

NOTES

When you want to input +, press the button twice within 2 seconds.

To erase the numbers you already input, press the PHONE

BOOK button.

To erase one letter……press for a while

To erase all letters……press and hold for more than 3 seconds.

3 Press the button to place a call.

4 Press the button to finish the call.

The telephone mode will end and return to the original source mode.

Calling by the address book

You can call up the address book registered in the portable telephone to call from.

1 Press PHONE BOOK button.

2 Turn the Rotary encoder to select the address search method, and press the MENU button or MODE button.

Alphabetic Sort List fl ←→ Selecting search (A-Z search)

Alphabetic Sort List: Displays a list sorted in alphabetic order

Selecting Search (A-Z search): Displays addresses by the input of the initial letter of the address

1 Turn the Rotary encoder while the Alphabetic Sort List is displayed. Select the addressee, and then press the

button to place a call.

2 Press the button to end the call.

The telephone mode will end and return to the original source mode.

Calling by using the Speed Dial

You can place a call by retrieving one of the telephone numbers registered in No. 1 to 10 of the address book.

1 Press the button.

2 Press the preset buttons (0 through 9) for at least 2 seconds to place a call.

Or press the preset buttons (0 through 9), then press

the button to place a call.

3 Press the button to end the call.

The telephone mode will end and return to the original source mode.

Calling by the outgoing history

You can place a call to any of the last 999 received calls recorded in memory.

2 Turn the Rotary encoder to select “DIALED,” and then press the MENU button or MODE button.

3 Turn the Rotary encoder to select an addressee from the

outgoing history, press the button to place a call.

4 Press the button to end the call.

The telephone mode will end and return to the original source mode.

NOTE

You cannot use this function if there is not an outgoing history on the unit.

Calling by the incoming history

You can place a call to any of the last 999 received calls recorded in memory.

1 Press the MENU button.

2 Turn the Rotary encoder to select “RECEIVED,” and then press the MENU button or MODE button.

3 Turn the Rotary encoder to select an addressee from the

incoming history, press the button to place a call.
