Connecting the Rio to your Computer

Once the software is installed, you are ready to connect the Rio to your PC or Mac.

USB/Headphone Port

Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to the USB/Head- phone Port on the Rio...

...and connect the other end to any available USB port on your PC or Mac. When finished, continue with Chapter 2, “Loading Music.”

The Rio Riot USB connection only fits one way. Do not try to force the connection.
