1Mute Button

Press the button to lower the volume by 20 dB instantly. Press the button again to cancel.

2Power Switch

Press the switch to turn the power on/off.

63ENT (Enter) Button

This button has the same function as

7pressing the rotary encoder on the main

8unit.

Pressing and holding this button for more than 2 seconds turns the loudness on or off (when neither an equalizer nor a digital

sound processor is connected).

:/J Button

Press and hold this button for more than 2 seconds to play or pause (In CD/MD/ Changer mode).

4CD-CHG (CD Changer) Button

Press the button to change to the CD changer operation.

5Band/Programme Button

Radio Mode: BAND Button

Press the button and the band will change as

shown below.

Cassette Player Mode: Programme Button Press the button to change between the A and B sides of the tape.

Changer Mode: Band Button

Switches changers (when a Multi-Changer Switching device is connected).

6Volume Adjustment Buttons To increase the volume level: Press the L button

To decrease the volume level: Press the K button

The buttons have the same functions as rotating the rotary encoder on the main unit.

Radio Mode: Pressing the button will select, in ascending order, stations programmed in the radio's presets as

shown below.

CD Changer Mode: DISC Select (UP) Button

Press the button to select a disc in ascend- ing order.
