Basic Operation

Turning Loudness On or

Off

Loudness introduces a special low and high frequency emphasis at the lower volume settings. This compensates for the ear's decreased sensitivity to bass and treble sound at these low listening levels.

Note: When an equalizer or digital sound processor is connected, this function is inoperative.

1	Press and hold the rotary encoder for at least 2
	seconds to switch between the Loudness On

and Off modes.
