5.BASIC OPERATION

5.1.Powering System On

Press the Power ON/OFF( ) button 7to turn the PAV-8000D System PowerON. Press and hold the ( ) button for 2 Sec. to turn the system Power OFF

NOTE: This button 7 is also used to MUTE the audio sound.

5.2. Mute Control

When the unit is on, momentarily press the Mute Button ( ) button 7?to mute the sound; Press it again, the unit will exit the MUTE mode.

5.3. Mode Switch

Press the ( MODE) button bq to switchbetween the different modes if a CD or DVD is loaded. If a CD Changer (CDC) is used with the system, the MODE button will also be used to switch to CDC mode.
