Entering letters and numbers
Cursor
The cursor is a blinking vertical line that appears on the screen when you are entering text or numbers. Characters
you enter appear to the right of the cursor. Press to
delete the character to the left of the cursor. Use and to move the cursor to the right or left.
ABC mode
When your phone is ready for you to enter text, such as a
name or message, it switches to ABC mode. The icon shows that it is in ABC mode.
When is displayed, you can enter these characters by pressing the indicated key repeatedly:
