Settings (Menu 5)

Personal short-cuts

You can add some specific functions to your personal short-cut list and activate them either in standby mode by pressing the softkey (Go to) or accessing the Go to menu. Refer to Standby mode on page 1 and Go to (Menu 12) on page 38.

Press Menu, and select Settings and Right selection key settings.

To select the desired functions for your personal short-cut list, select Select Go to options and the list of available functions is shown. Scroll to the desired function and press Mark to add it to the short-cut list. To remove a function from the list, press Unmark.

To rearrange the functions on the list, select Organise Go to options and the desired function. Press Move and select where you want to move the function.

Call settings

Anykey answer

Press Menu, and select Settings, Call settings and Anykey answer. Select On and you can answer an incoming call by briefly pressing any key, except , selection key

(Silence), and .

Automatic redial

Press Menu, and select Settings, Call settings and Automatic redial. Select On and your phone will make up to 10 attempts to connect the call after an unsuccessful call attempt.

Speed dialling

Press Menu, and select Settings, Call settings and Speed dialling. Select On and the names and phone numbers assigned to the speed dialling keys,

from to , can be dialled by pressing and holding the corresponding number key.

Automatic service update

Your phone is capable of receiving updates to wireless services sent to your phone by your service provider.

Press Menu, and select Settings, Call settings and Automatic service update to activate or deactivate.

Calling card

If you wish to use a calling card for long distance calls, you can first save your calling card information into your phone. Your phone is equipped to handle up to four calling cards.

Saving Calling card information

1.Press Menu, and select Settings, Call settings and Calling card.

2.Type in the security code and press OK.
