When Both Memories are Full

If you try to store a phone number and the memory you want to store it in is full, the phone suggests a position number in the memory that is not full.

If both memories are full, the phone does not suggest a storage position. If you

still want to store the number, you have to erase an old number by entering a

position that is already occupied and press Y E S .

Using the Phonem

Book

There are two ways of using the phonem

book: you can either call a number by

using the name tagm

stored with it; or you can call the number by using the

memory position that the number is stored in.

Clear the display.

Scroll to Phone book, Y E S , Name recall, Y E S .

Enter the name of the person you want to call, or scroll with the arrow

keys until you find it.

Press Y E S to call the number.

Shortcut to Name Recall

The digitMkeys 2 –9correspond to the first names that start with A, D, G, J. M,

P, T and W respectively. For example, press and hold down the 4 key to find

the first name that starts with a G. Then you can scroll with the arrow keys to

find the the name you are looking for. If there is no name stored under G, the first name under H is displayed, and so on.
