Using Your Personal Information Management Items

Your Personal Information Management (PIM) Items are functions such as calendar, tasks, memos, and contacts. For your convenience, we have included instructions on how to use some basic functions in this guide. For more information, the CD included in your kit contains the

complete BlackBerry 7520User Guide.

Scheduling a Meeting

1.From the Home screen, click the Calendar icon and click the trackwheel.

2.Click New.

3.Type the meeting details.

4.If the meeting is recurring, set how frequently it should recur.

5.Click the trackwheel.

6.Click Invite Attendee.

7.Click a contact.

8.Click Invite.

9.Repeat steps 5 - 8 to add other contacts to your meeting.

10.Click the trackwheel.

11.Click Save.

Creating a Task

1.From the Home screen, click the Task icon and click the trackwheel.

2.Click New.

3.Type the task details.

4.Set a due date for the task.

5.If the task is recurring, set how frequently it should recur.

6.Click the trackwheel.

7.Click Save.
