Search

Search your apps, contacts, files, places, and the web.

At the top of the home screen, tap for a text search, or for voice search.

• Use the touchscreen keyboard to enter search text.
Google™ shows suggestions as you type. Tap a
suggestion to search for it, or tap		to search for the
text you entered. To close the touchscreen keyboard,
tap	.
• To perform a voice search from the search window,
just say “Google,” then say what you want to search
for.
• To become a super searcher, visit

Google Now™

Google Now uses your search history, location history, and Google™ services to provide the information you need, when you need it. The service is always working for you in the background—you don’t have to ask for anything. Google automatically notifies you when new information is available.
