Dialling a Number

Press M> 3KRQHERRN, highlight the phonebook entry, press Nto call.

Shortcut: In the phonebook, press a keypad key one or more times to jump to entries that begin with the key’s letters.

Voice Dialling a Number

Press and release the voice key, and say the entry’s name (within 2 seconds).

Sorting Phonebook Entries

Press M> 3KRQHERRN, press M> 6HWXS > 6RUW E\, then select whether you want to sort the phonebook list by 1DPH, 6SHHG 1R￿, 9RLFH 1DPH, or (PDLO.

When sorting by name, you can view $OO numbers or just the 3ULPDU\ number for each name. To set the primary number for a name, see page 86.

Tip: In 3ULPDU\ number view mode, highlight a name and press S left or right to view other numbers associated with the name.

Setting a Picture ID for a Phonebook Entry

Press M> 3KRQHERRN > entry, press M> (GLW > 3LFWXUH￿

Viewing Entries By Category

Press M> 3KRQHERRN, press M> &DWHJRULHV, then select whether you want to view $OO entries, entries in a predefined category (%XVLQHVV, 3HUVRQDO, *HQHUDO, 9,3V), or entries in a category you created.
