This manual provides basic information relating to W370/W375 telephones, and also provides procedures and processes for repairing the units at Level 1 and 2 service centers, including:

Unit swap out

Repairing of mechanical faults

Basic modular troubleshooting

Testing and verification of unit functionality

Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair centers.
