Follow the instructions below to install the PC-Tools application.

1.Connect to http://www.sonimtech.com/support/downloads.php.

2.Locate your phone model and click the DOWNLOAD SONIM PC-TOOLS FOR THIS PHONE link provided next to your phone.

3.Read the disclaimer and click I Accept to accept the terms of the disclaimer and to continue downloading.

4.Select the destination folder in your computer to save the zipped file (.zip file).

5.Extract the .exe file from the archive file to a desired location on your computer.

6.Navigate to the destination folder and double-click the Sonim PC Tool.exe file to install the PC- Tools on your computer.

Using PC-Tools with your Phone

After installing the PC-Tools application (see Installing PC-Toolsfor details), follow the instructions below to use PC-Tools with your Sonim XP STRIKE IS phone.

1.Double-click the Sonim PC-Tools icon ( ) on your computer desktop.

2.Connect the SONIM XP STRIKE IS phone to the USB port of the computer using a USB cable.

3.Once the USB cable is connected, the USB configuration screen is displayed on the phone. Select COM port and click OK.

4.Use the PC Sync application to synchronize data such as contacts between your computer and mobile phone to ensure both media have complete up-to-date data.
