A pause temporarily suspends transmitting numbers for
approximately two seconds before sending the next
series. You can enter a pause in a series of digits by
pressing and holding * until			is shown in the display.
For example, if your office has a voicemail system that
requires you to dial a phone number, followed by your							e
extension, followed by an access code, you could enter

When you press the left softkey, your phone dials the						a

number and then stops transmitting tones. When your					c

voicemail system asks for your extension you would
press the left softkey to transmit your extension. The					e
					m
access code is sent after the pause. If the timing in your
voicemail system does not allow for pauses, you can				m
enter a stop instead of the pause, or use multiple pauses.o

You can also store groups of numbers which can include
stops and pauses in a location. You can then dial the
numbers by entering the location andfopressing Call.
