When you stop playback and replay the MiniDisc without removing it, playback starts from the point you stopped it.

Once you remove the MiniDisc, playback starts from the first track.

The unit provides the following functions when you use it with the separately available car adaptor (AD- CA20X) (when the rechargeable or alkaline battery is removed):

1.When you turn off the engine, the power of this porta- ble MD also turns off. (It may not work with some types of cars.)

2.When you restart the engine, playback starts from the beginning of the stopped track.

zA rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery is the only kind that can be used. Even if the battery is not used, you should charge it at least once every three months because of the special quality of this battery.

zThe rechargeable battery can be charged approxi- mately 300 times.

zWhen the operating time is reduced to about half the normal amount of time, even after a full charge is per- formed, replace the battery with a new one (AD- N70BT).

zWhen the battery is charged for the first time or is charged after not being used for a long period, the operating time may be shorter than normal. The bat- tery life will recover with normal use i.e. charging and discharging.

zTo avoid shortening the service life of the battery only recharge the battery after it has been completely dis- charged.

zIf the rechargeable battery is used in a cold environ- ment, the operating time will be reduced.

zDo not carry the battery in your pocket or a bag together with metal objects (keys, coins, jewelry, etc.). The battery may short out and generate significant amounts of heat.

zDo not short-circuit the terminals as they will become very hot and will damage the battery.

zDo not drop or subject the battery to shock.

zDo not insert objects (metal etc.) into the battery com- partment of this product or into the rechargeable bat- tery.

Designed to offer high-quality sound and stylish portability, the MD-MT80H became a favorite among music enthusiasts for its reliability and versatile features.

One of the main features of the MD-MT80H is its ability to playback and record music using MiniDiscs, a medium that was known for its durability and superior sound quality compared to cassette tapes. Its ability to record directly from various sources, including radio broadcasts and external devices, made it an appealing choice for those who wanted to create personalized mixes and compilations.

The device supports a range of audio formats, making it versatile for different listening preferences.

The built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processing) allows users to enhance their listening experience through several EQ settings tailored for specific genres like rock, pop, or classical. This customization ensures that users can enjoy their music exactly how they like it. Moreover, the player features a backlit LCD screen that displays track information, battery life, and various settings, providing a user-friendly interface.

Battery life is another standout feature of the Sharp MD-MT80H, with impressive playtime that makes it suitable for extended listening sessions. Whether users are on a long commute or enjoying a day outdoors, the reliability of battery performance ensures uninterrupted enjoyment of music.

In terms of design, the MD-MT80H strikes a balance between functionality and aesthetics. Its compact size makes it easy to carry, while the sleek finish gives it a modern appeal. The device includes a remote control, adding to its usability, especially during active use.
