Organiser provides various functions for setting alarms, recording important events and memos, displaying world times, performing calculations and converting units, and timing events.

Press the [Menu] Soft key [(] then select 7.Organiser.

Alarm

This function allows you to set an alarm to sound at up to five different times.

Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 7.Organiser then select 1.Alarm.

NOTE: When you set the On Morning Call, an icon is shown on your phone’s display.

To set an alarm

Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 7.Organiser then select 1.Alarm. The current alarm list is displayed.

Select an alarm to set then press the [o] key.

Press the [New] Soft key [)] in the list to set a new alarm with the edit alarm screen, or select the alarm then press the [Option] Soft key [(] to select from the following functions.

Delete: Deletes the alarm.

Organizer

On Snooze/Off Snooze: Sets the alarm to ring three times, every five minutes. Only one alarm can be set to On Snooze.

Delete All: Deletes all alarms from the list.

To edit an existing alarm, select the alarm then press the [o] key. You can then set the Set, Time, Melody and On/ Off Wakeup Call options.

Press the [o] key to edit the Alarm, then press the [u/ d] key

in the ‘Edit Alarm’ screen to set on Set, Time, Melody or On/Off Wakeup Call.

To set the Melody type, press the [r] key to display the Sound Gallery to select a melody.

You can only set the Date when the alarm type is “Weekly”. After you select Date, press the [r] key to set the weekdays you want.

You can set these by pressing Mark or Unmark. Press the [o] key to save the weekday information.

Calendar

Calendar helps you manage your schedule including your time for calls or special days. You can set alarms service on a set date is included in this function. Calendar is displayed
