Before requesting support, please try to reproduce and isolate the problem. When you contact support, be ready to provide the following information:

The name of your service provider

The actual error message or problem you are experiencing

The steps you take to reproduce the problem

The Electronic Serial Number (ESN) and Part Number (MCN) of the phone. The ESN usually starts with a “B” and the MCN usually starts with a "61-." You will find these numbers inside the battery cover of your phone.
