How to Read Your Bill

To help you understand your first bill, the following are key sections of your statement located on the first page of your bill.

Remittance Section:

1 Invoice Date: The last day of the current billing cycle.

2 Account Number: This is your Bluegrass Cellular account number. Please have this number handy when calling customer service with questions about your bill.

3 Past Due Date: The date by which the bill must be paid in order to avoid any possibility of service interruption and/or finance charges.

4 Total Amount Due: The amount currently due to Bluegrass Cellular (includes any previous balance plus all current charges).

5 Amount Enclosed: Please indicate the payment amount you are enclosing with your remittance.

Summary of Charges Section:
