Phone Settings

Mobile Network Services

From the home screen, press System settings Mobile networks to enable or disable data service, allow data services when roaming, or set access point names for data access.

Note: Data roaming may incur significant roaming charges.

Sound Settings

From the home screen, press System settings Sound to adjust volumes, toggle sound and mute, set up ringtone and notification sound, and select system sounds.

Tap Silent mode to turn off all sounds except media and alarm, or enable silent mode with vibration.

Display Settings

You can adjust your phone’s display settings. From the home

screen, press

System settings Display.

• Brightness: Set the brightness of the display.

• Wallpaper: Select a background image for the home screen or lock screen.

Auto-rotate screen: Change the orientation of some on- screen content based on the position of the phone.

• Sleep: Set the length of time of inactivity before the screen turns off.

• Daydream: Set colors, photo frame, or photo table.

• Font size: Set the font size of the text on the screen.

Pulse notification light: Flash the notification light to notify you of missed calls and other events.

Cast screen: Access the casting screen.

Touch key navigation light duration: Set the backlight duration of the touch keys.

Setting Date and Time

From the home screen, press

System settings Date

& time.

 

Uncheck the Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone check boxes if you want to set the time, date, and time zone by yourself.

Set date, time, time zone, and date/time format.

Language Settings

You can change the language of your phone system in two simple steps.

From the home screen, press

System settings

Language & input Language.

 

Tap a language to select it.

 

Managing Your Device Memory

From the home screen, press System settings Storage. You can view the space information of the microSDHC card as well as the phone storage.

Unmount/Mount SD card: You can unmount the microSDHC card to safely remove it, or mount the card.

Erase external SD card: Erase all data on the microSDHC card.
