CAUTION: Make all connections before plugging the Unit into an AC power outlet.

Connecting the Speakers

• Please refer to instructions for speakers as well when you connect the speakers.

For each speaker, connect one end of the speaker wire to the speaker terminals on the back of the System. Open each of the terminals and insert the speaker wires firmly, then close the terminals.

Note :

1.Connect the Red (+) and Black (–)wires of the right side speaker to the Red (+) and Black (–)terminals marked RIGHT on the System.

2.Connect the Red (+) and Black (–)wires of the left side speaker to the Red (+) and Black (–)terminals marked LEFT on the System.

IMPORTANT : Use speakers with the correct impedance only. Allowed

speaker impedance is 6-16 ohm.

CAUTION: If a TV is installed near the speakers, the TV may display irregular colours. In this case, locate the speakers away from the TV.

Connecting Auxiliary Equipment

You can connect the following equipment to this System.

TV with a video input jack: used as a monitor of Video CD playback.

Video/Audio equipment.

Note :

1.Connect the VIDEO OUT jack at the back panel of the System to the video input jack on the TV via the supplied video cord.

2.Connect the AUX ports to the audio input and output of VCR/Audio equipment.

3.The AUX OUT ports will transmit audio signals from the selected TAPE, CD or TUNER, to the con- nected equipment. No audio signal is produced at the AUX IN port.
