Insert one (1) 2 IN SQ. ENDCAPinto the end of the PULLEYBRA~CKETSUPPORT.
Loosely assemble the BEARINGHOUSING/BACKSUPPORT. FRAMEASSEMBLY,and the PULLEY BRACKETSUPPORT to the EX500 BASE UNIT'S REAR RIGHT :UPRIGHT CONNECTIONPOINTS#1 and #2, using the following hardware:
CONNECTION#1: two (2) 3/8 X
CONNECTION#2: one (1) 3/$ X3 BOLT, two (2) 3/8 WASHERS,one (1) 3/8 LOCKWASHER, one (I) 3/8 NUT.
;OTE: PULLEY FLATS MUST BE ANGLED DOWNWARDON THE PULLEY BRACKET SUPPORT.
Tighten all loose bolt connections for FRAMEASSEMBLY.
Insert r~vo (2) 2 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto each end of the BEARINGHOUSING.
Carefully insert two (2) FLANGEBEARINGSinto the top and bottom sides of the
on each end. (4 BEARI'NGStotal), (CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTAP THESE BEARINGSINTO PLACE, WHICH CAN CAUSE DEFORMATION TO THE BEARING, MAKING THI"M? UNUSABLE)
Insert four (A) 2 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto both ends of the LEFT, and RIGHTPEG DECARMS.
Insert the LEFT and RIGHTPEG DEC ARMSthrough the FLANGEBEAK.r%'GSin the BEARING HOUSLNGon their respective sides and secure them in place with the two (2) PUSHONCOLLARS-
Removethe paper backing from the two (2) PLASTICSTOPSand adhere them to the backside of the BEARINGHOUSINGCAMSTOP, approximately where shown, in order to give the PEG
