Slide four (4) 1 X 8" GRIPSover the ends of the LATBARand the LOWROWBAR.(NOTE:COATING INSIDE OF THE GRIP WITH RUBBINGALCOHOLWILL FACILITATE EASIER INSTALLATION. I

Attach eight (8) CARRIAGEGLIDESto the WEIGHTCARRIAGEas shown in (DFTAILB) using following steps:

A.Thoroughlyclean all inside surfaces where the CARRIAGEGLIDESare to be attached.

Removethe paper backing fi'om the CARRIAGEGLIDESand firmly apply them to the WEIGHT CARRIAGE(8 places),

9.Attach one (i) 1-1/4" sO. RUBBERBUMPERto the WEIGHTCARRIAGE.

10.LOOSELYassemble the REARUPRIGHTto the BASEusing two (2) 1/2 X 3" BOLTS,two (2) WASHERS,and two (2) 1/2" LOCKNUTS.

11.Slide the WEIGHTCARRIAGEdown over the REARUPRIGHT.

12.LOOSELYassemble the FRONTUPRIGHTto the BASEusing two (2) 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLTSand two (2) 3/8"

LOCKNUTS.

13.LOOSELYassemble the BOOMto the REARUPRIGHTusing two (2) 1/2 X 3" BOLTS,two (2) WASHERS,one (1) I/2" LOCKWASHER,and one (1) 1/2" LOCI(NUT.

14.LOOSELYassembletwo (2) 3-1/2" O.D. PULLEYSto the FRONTUPRIGHTusing two (2) 3/8ex'~ .~-a,,+ ~ ......

BOLTS,four (4) FLANGESPACERSand-two (2) 3/8" LOCKNUTS.

15.LOOSELYassemble the SEATPADto the FRONTUPRIGHTusing two (2) 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLTSand two (2) 3/8" LOCKWASHERS.

16.LOOSELYassemble two (2) 3-1/2" O.D. PULLEYSto the CONNECTORPLATESusing two (2) 3/8 BOLTSand two (2) 3/8" LOCKNUTS.

17.Route top CABLEASSEMBLYthrough BOOMand CONNECTORPLATEStl~en attach to WEIGHT CARRIAGEwith one (I) QUICKLINK. (SEE CABLEROUTINGDIAGRAM~

18.LOOSELYassemble three (3) 3-1/2" O.D. PULLEYSto the BOOMusing three (3) 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLTS,

(6)FLANGESPACERS, and three (3) 3/8" LOCKNUTS(SEE CABLEROUTINGDIAGRAM).

19.Route bottom CABLEASSEMBLYthrough the FRONTUPRIGHTand CONNECTORPLATESand attach end of CABLEASSEMBLYto BASEusing one (1) 3/8 X 3-1/4" BOLT,three (3) 3/8" WASHERSand one ( 3/8" LOCKNUT.(SEE CABLEROUTINGDIAGRAM)

20.LOOSELYassemble the BOOMto the FRONTUPRIGHTusing two (2) 3/8 ~ _-a~,+ BOLTSand two (2)

3/8" LOCKNUTS. (NOTE: MAKESURE THE TOP CABLE ASSEMBLYIS ROUTEDOVER THE TWO BOLTS CONNECTINGTHE BOOMTO THE FRONT UPRIGHT)

21.LOOSELYassemble one (I) 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLTto the FRONTUPRIGHTjust below the CABLE ASSEMBLYusing one (I) 3/8" LOCKNUT.

22.TIGHTEN ALL LOSE CONNECTIONSAT THIS TIME.

23.Connect LATBARto top CABLEASSEMBLYusing one (1) SNAPHOOKand connect LOWROWBAR bottom CABLEASSEMBLYusing two (2) SNAPHOOKSand one (1) CHAIN.
