HOW TO MOVE THE CROSSTRAINER

Before moving the CROSSTRAINER, make sure that the bench and treadmill are folded to the storage position, and that the lock pins are fully engaged (see HOW TO FOLD THE TREADMILL TO THE STOR- AGE POSITION on page 11, and HOW TO FOLD THE BENCH TO THE STORAGE POSITION on page 14).

To move the CROSSTRAINER, first hold the handrails and place one foot on the base as shown.

Next, tilt the CROSSTRAINER back until it rolls freely on the front wheels. Carefully move the CROSSTRAINER to the desired location. Place one foot on the base, and carefully lower the CROSSTRAINER until it is resting on the base. Never move the CROSSTRAINER without tipping it back, or the base pads may come off. To re- duce the risk of injury, use extreme caution while moving the CROSSTRAINER. Do not move the CROSSTRAINER over an uneven surface.
