6 Change the incline of the treadmill, if desired.

To increase or de- crease the incline, hold down the top or bottom of the incline

button. Important:

Do not change the incline of the treadmill by plac-

ing objects under the treadmill.

Change the incline only as described above.

When you are finished exercising, stop the

7 walking belt and remove the key.

Step onto the foot rails, stop the walk- ing belt, and remove the key from the console. Store the key in a secure place. After the key

is removed, the displays will remain on for about five minutes.

Note: Any time that the walking belt is stopped and no console buttons are pressed for five minutes, the displays will automati- cally turn off.

HOW TO USE THE HAND WEIGHTS

The included hand weights let you add upper body exercise to your workouts. As you walk on the treadmill, hold the 2-pound weights at your sides or press the weights above your head. To increase the in- tensity of your exercise, use the 4-pound or 6- pound weights.
