HOW TO SET THE TIME ZONE

While summer time is in effect, select the time zone 1 hour ahead.	English
Select the time zone to set the watch to the local time in the desired area.

			The watch resumes
			its normal movement
			if it is left untouched

Press Button A or B to select a time zone.
