8 . RemovefingertipsfromtheTouchSensorStripto lockthebarbellin place.

Alwaysmaintaincontrolof movementof the barbellDo. notallowbarbellor dumbbellsto swing againstmachineframe,asthismaycausedamageto thefinishDo.notattemptto throwor slam the barbellattachedto the cables,as this may resultin damageto the lockingmechanism.
