ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
STEP 1
Connect Left and Right Support Frames (17,18) to main Base Frame (19) using:
2 x (58) Bolt4 x (49) Washer 2 x (61) Nylon Lock Nut
Attach Rear Base Frame (25) and Upright Frame (1) to Main Base Frame (19) using:
2 x (58) Bolt4 x (49) Washer 2 x (61) Nylon Lock Nut
Attach Left and Right Slide Frames (3,4) to Left and Right Support Frames (17,18) using:
4 x (56) Bolt | 8 x (49) Washer | 4 x (61) Nylon Lock Nut |
Slide Carriage (5) into top of Left and Right Slide Frames (3,4).
Secure Top Cross Frame (2) to Left and Right Slide Frames (3,4) and Upright Frame (1)
using: 4 x (59) | Bolt | 8 x (49) Washer | 4 x (61) Nylon Lock Nut |
4 x (53) | Bolt | 4 x (48) Washer |
