Repairs
In the event of a fault which you cannot fix yourself, please contact the service number on the back of this manual.
When contacting the Service Department, please quote the model and serial number of your appliance. This information can be found on the data plate located at the door hinge.
PC Update
The indicator marked PC allows a technician to make use of new technology. When, for example, new programs are developed or new fabrics are introduced, a service technician will be able to modify existing program cycles accordingly.
Miele will provide information when such possibilities become available.

Optional accessories are available through your Miele dealer or Miele.

Only genuine Miele parts installed by factory trained professionals can guarantee the safety, reliability and longevity of your Miele appliance.
Please note that unless expressly approved in writing by the Miele Service department, Extended Service Contracts offered by other providers for Miele products will not be recognized by Miele. Our goal is to prevent unauthorized (and untrained) service personnel from working on your Miele products, possibly doing further damage to them, you and/or your home.
