1 Detergent dispenser drawer

The delay start can not be selected with SPIN and DRAIN programmes.

Programme Option buttons

Depending on the programme, different functions can be combined. These must be selected after choosing the desired programme and before depressing the “start pause” button.

When these buttons are pressed, the corresponding pilot lights come on. When they are pressed again, the pilot lights go out.

If an incorrect option is selected, the corresponding pilot light flashes for about 2 seconds.

2 8 H and 4 H button

You can press this button to delay the start of the washing programme by 8 or 4 hours. The delay you have selected is indicated by the illumination of the corresponding light.

You must select this option after you have set the programme and before you press the START PAUSE button.

You can cancel the delay time at any moment, before you press the START/PAUSE button.

If you have already pressed the START/PAUSE button, and you wish to cancel the delay time, proceed as follows:

set the washing machine to PAUSE by pressing the START/PAUSE button;

press the DELAY button once, the light relevant to the selected delay goes off .

press the START/PAUSE button again to start the programme.

Important!

The selected delay can be changed only after selecting the washing programme again.

The door will be locked throughout the delay time. If you need to open the door, you must first set the washing machine to PAUSE by pressing the START/PAUSE button. After you have closed the door, press the START/PAUSE button again.

3 Rinse Hold button

When selecting this option the water of the last rinse is not emptied out, to prevent the fabrics from creasing. At the end of the programme the pilot lights “door” and “end” illuminate. To drain water, proceed as follows:

turn the programme selector dial to position “O”;

select programme 8 (drain) or 7 (spin). In this case reduce the spin speed by means of the relevant button to adapt it to the fabrics to be spun.

press “start pause” button.

4 Spin Reduction button

By selecting this option the speed will be reduced as follows:

Cotton: from 1500 to 700 r.p.m. and from 1200 to 600 r.p.m.

Synthetics, wool and handwash: from 900 to 450 r.p.m.

Delicates: from 700 to 450 r.p.m.

5 Half Load button

Select this button to reduce water consumption on the rinse cycle when washing a smaller load of cottons or linens (maximum load size = 3 kg).

The machine will perform 2 rinses instead of 3.

6 Start Pause button

After having selected the required programme, press this button to start the machine; the corresponding pilot light stops flashing.

To interrupt a programme which is running, depress the “start pause” button: the corresponding pilot light starts to flash.

To restart the programme from the point at which it was interrupted, press the “start pause” button again.
