Something Not Working

Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved easily without calling out an engineer. Before contacting your local Service Force Centre, please carry out the checks listed below.

During machine operation it is possible that the “end” light flashes to indicate that the machine is not working.

4 flashes = door open

2 flashes = the water is not drained

1 flash = there is no water filling

Once the problem has been eliminated, press the “start pause” button to restart the programme. If after all checks, the problem persists, contact your local Service Centre.

IMPORTANT: if you call out an engineer to a fault listed below, or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is under guarantee.

insufficient amount of detergent leaves the laundry looking grey and

causes lime scale to form.

Stubborn stains have not been treated prior to washing
