Tumbler- remove any stains such as crayon,ink pen or fabric dye (from new items such as towels or jeans) with an
stain or cleaningsubstance.Oncethese stepsaredone,stainsmaystill be visible, but should not transfer to subsequent loads.
Cabinet- wipe off any markswith soap and water.
Dryer Exhaust System - should be inspected and cleaned once a year to maintainoptimumperformanceThe. out- side exhaust hood should be cleaned morefrequentlyto ensure properopera- tion. (Referto the InstallationInstructions for moreinformation.)
REPlACINGTliEDRUMllGtiT
Instructionsfor replacingthe bulb:
1)Unplugor disconnectthe dryer from the electricalpowersupply.
2)Open the door and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw attaching the lens to the tumbler front.
3)Removelens cover by pulling cover towardcenterof tumbler.
4)Rotate bulb
5)Replacethe bulb with a 120 volt, IO watt maximumcandelabrabase light bulb.
6)Turn the light bulb clockwise into socket.
7)Replacelenscoverby hookingplastic tabs into tumblerfront belowthe light housing.
8)Reinstallthe screwintothe lenscover screwhole.
9)Reconnectdryerto powersupply.
REVERSlNGTtlEDOOR
Directionsfor reversingthe dryer door:
1)Removethe hinge hole covers and screws.
2)While supportingthe door, remove2 screwsin the hingesthat securethe hingesto the cabinet.
3)Removedoor by lifting slightly at the hingesand pulling the hingetabs out of the hinge slots.
4)Movethe followingparts to the oppo- site side of the door: 2 hinges and 4 hinge screws, 4 door screws, door strike and screw, inner door cover plate and screw.
5)Attach the door to the oppositeside of the cabinet using the 2 counter sunk hinge screws. (See below).
Screwthe lower hinge screw in first. This will help to align the door and hinges.
6)Replacethe hinge hole coversto the oppositeside.
