Selecting the right cycle

Use the chart below to guide you when making drying selections. Use a timed cycle only if the recommended automatic cycle is not available on your dryer. (Your model may have cycles with one or two temperature settings.)

l Do not overdry. Overdying can cause shrinkage, static cling, and damage to some fabrics.

Do not dry teat-sensitive fabrics, plastic, rubber, or sc~mestuffed items with heat. Use the Air :ycle, or line dry.

Failure to dcl so could result in fire or damaged itf ms.

Ex-tra Heavy-Bedspreads, mattress pads, quilts

Heavyweight-Towels, jeans, corduroys, work clothes

Lightweight-Batistes, organdies, lingerie

PERMANENT PRESS, SYNTHETICS AND BLENDS

Heavyweight-Work clothes, jackets, raincoats

KNITS

Sheer curtains (2 or 3 panels), gauze, lace, etc.
