ADJUSTING THE MA1900 SAILING HARNESS

Use this section if you are using a MA1900 Sailing Harness with the Inflatable Vest with LIFTTM (Model MD0450 only).

Put the harness on and adjust the harness to a tight personal fit when the harness rings are tethered. Adjust by pulling (to tighten) or letting out (to loosen) the free end of left-side body strap in relation to the strap adjuster (Fig. 40). To test fit, pull the harness rings together. Re-adjust as required.

WARNING: The harness must be adjusted to fit prior to inflation. Once the Inflatable Vest with LIFTTM is inflated, the harness may no longer be adjusted.

Repack the PFD in accordance with the Repacking instructions (p. 17).
