To adjust Sensitivity:

1.From the Sonar Page, press MENUENT.

2.The Sensitivity Control Bar appears. Press ↓ to decrease sensitivity; press ↑ to increase sensitivity. When it's set at the desired level, press EXIT. (When you reach the maximum or minimum limit, a tone sounds.)

To turn off HyperScroll:

1.From the Sonar Page, press MENU↓ to PING SPEEDENT.

2.The Ping Speed Control Bar appears. Press↓ to decrease ping speed to 50 percent. When it's set at the desired level, press EXIT.

When you boost ping speed and switch into HyperScroll, the width of the FasTrack bar graph display doubles in width at the right side of the screen. The allows you to better see the virtually instantaneous sonar returns, just as you would on a flasher sonar unit. For more informa- tion on FasTrack, see it's entry in this section.

Reset Options

This command is used to reset all features, options and settings to their original factory defaults. This is useful when you have changed several settings and want to return the unit to basic automatic operation.

1.Press MENUMENU↓ to SYSTEM SETUPENT↓ to RESET OPTIONSENT.

2.Press ← to YESENT.

3.All the menus are cleared and the unit reverts to the Map Page at

the 4000 mile zoom range, just as if you had turned it on for the first time. All options have been returned to the factory settings.
