Using the Controls

q POWER Switch

Used to switch the power ON/OFF.

wVOLUME

Used to control the volume. Rotate the knob to the right to increase the volume.

e EQ CTRL (Equalizer Control)

The SV-200 Silent Violin is equipped with an Equal- izer Control that has the ability to isolate and control the upper partials of the harmonics that are created when the violin is played.

This function offers effective adjustment of the Silent Violin’s tone, response, etc.

We recommend a setting of about “8” but please ad- just the tone to your own personal preference.

r EQ MODE Switch

Used to set the equalizer to one of its two EQ MODE types.

• EQ MODE 1

This mode is designed to deliver optimum tone from the instrument. We recommend that you adjust the EQ CTRL to any level you like.

• EQ MODE 2

Select this mode when you want to use the tone produced directly from the pickup. This mode delivers the uncolored tone directly from the pickup.
