Connecting the Power Cable

1.Make sure that the power cable is connected securely to the AC inlet socket on the underside of the GranTouch.

2.Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable AC wall outlet.

Powering Up the GranTouch

1.Press the ON side of the POWER switch. The power indicator

lights up.

To power down the GranTouch, press the

OFF side of the POWER switch.

Setting the Volume

1.Use the VOLUME control on the Control Box to set the volume.

Using Headphones

1.Connect a pair of headphones to either one of the HEADPHONE jacks on the Control Box.

2.Use the VOLUME control on the Control Box to set the volume.

Note: Inserting a headphone plug into one of HEADPHONE jacks turns off the internal GranTouch speakers, so you can play in private without disturbing others.

Since two pairs of headphones can be connected to the Control Box, another person can listen to your playing or play along in a duet.

Optional Yamaha HPE-170 headphones are ideal for use with the GranTouch.
