4.7 Changing the damper pedal’s resonance

You can select from eight levels of depth for the reso- nant sound (resonance level) and even switch it off.
This setting is valid only for some piano tones. It can- not be made for other Tones.
1.Simultaneously press [Demo] and [Reverb] to enter Function mode (both indicators flash).
2.Use the following keys to select the desired Sympa- thetic Resonance setting:

Use the “C2”~”G2” keys to set the desired Sympa- thetic Resonance level.
Press the “B1” key (leftmost key of the range) if you do not need this effect.

4.8 Selecting the function of the left pedal
Grand pianos (and

Sostenuto pedal– If you select this function, the left pedal allows you to sustain the notes you played at the time when you pressed the pedal. Subsequently played notes, however, will not be held.
1.Simultaneously press [Demo] and [Reverb] to enter Function mode (both indicators flash).
2.Press the “F7” key to select the Sostenuto function.
