Troubleshooting
I can’t hear any sound or sound is very quiet
zMake sure your
zCheck that you have connected the
zCheck that you have selected the correct input, see Selecting an input on page 6
zCheck that MUTE is not selected or that your amplifier is not turned down
No sound from a single or pair of speakers
zCheck that the relevant speaker channel is switched on by checking that the corresponding LEDs are lit up on the front panel, see Switching channels on and off on page 8
zCheck that the speaker wires are securely connected to your amplifier and speaker
zIf there is no sound from your powered subwoofer, check that it is turned on and connected correctly
I can’t apply acoustic effects or adjust equalisation
zCheck that Pro Logic II is not switched on, see Selecting Pro Logic II modes on page 7
zCheck that you are not processing a
Remote control not functioning
zCheck that you have inserted the batteries correctly
zEnsure that the remote sensor on the front panel is not obscured
zMove closer to the unit and try again, if it works, this could be sign of weak batteries or that you were too far away from the unit
My remote is lost or broken
If your remote does not function and you have confirmed that it is not due to any of the reasons given above, contact your retailer or VideoLogic Technical Support to obtain a replacement.
