Appendix C Translated Safety Warnings

Statement 1006—Chassis Warning for Rack-Mounting and Servicing

Avvertenza Per evitare infortuni fisici durante il montaggio o la manutenzione di questa unità in un supporto, occorre osservare speciali precauzioni per garantire che il sistema rimanga stabile. Le seguenti direttive vengono fornite per garantire la sicurezza personale:

•Questa unità deve venire montata sul fondo del supporto, se si tratta dell’unica unità da montare nel supporto.

•Quando questa unità viene montata in un supporto parzialmente pieno, caricare il supporto dal basso all’alto, con il componente più pesante sistemato sul fondo del supporto.

•Se il supporto è dotato di dispositivi stabilizzanti, installare tali dispositivi prima di montare o di procedere alla manutenzione dell’unità nel supporto.
