3 Framing and Clearances

A. Select Appliance Location

When selecting a location for your appliance it is important to consider the required clearances to walls (See Figure 3.1).

Provide adequate clearance:

Around air openings.

For service access.

Locate appliance away from traffic areas.

B. Clearances

8 ft (2.4 m) to anything overhead

24 in. (610 mm) all around Patio Campfire
