ÖAssemble the Electrode Wire to the Electrode Tip on the Side Fryer.

ÖAssemble the Grease Pan below the Fryer Burner.

14-B. Attach Fryer Grease Pan using four hooks located below the Fryer Burner.

NOTE: To attach the Fryer Grease Pan, raise the Pan slightly above the

 

hooks and drop into place. Do not bend the hooks while inserting or

removing the Fryer Grease Pan.
