PREPARATION

Use the equipment only for its intended use as de- scribed in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

Use the equipment with medications only under the instruction of your physician.

Do not use the equipment if it has any damaged parts, or it has fallen into water. Return the product to a ser- vice center for examination and repair.

Always unplug this product before filling and after use.

To use the equipment for the first time, or after stor- ing it for an extended period, be sure to clean and sterilize all necessary parts as described on page 8.

Do not handle the power cord with wet hands or im- merse the AC adapter. An electrical shock may result.

The medication cup, mouth nozzle and air filter should be checked before each use. Replace with a new one if they are dirty or worn out.

Do not fill medication cup over 8 ml or the nebuliza- tion will be very weak.

OPERATION

Close supervision is required when this equipment is used by children or invalids.

Stop using the equipment immediately if any abnor- mality occurs.

Keep your eyes away from the output of medication mist.

Do not use the equipment where flammable gas is being used.

Never operate the equipment with empty water tank or medication cup.

Do not use solutions other than water for the tank. It may damage the transducer. Change the water after each use.

Do not tilt or shake when operation.
